Mobile Patrols
Our SIA-licenced security guards visit properties at agreed frequencies to carry out a range of checks. These checks can include external visual inspections, site perimeter checks and internal inspections to meet your specific requirements. Mobile patrols can also be initiated as a reactive response. All patrol records and photographs are collated on the Nexus Link management portal for easy, instant customer access.
Keyholding & Alarm Response
VPS operates a long-established nationwide keyholding and alarm response service. We ensure that when our customers need access to their properties, we’re always on hand. Our keyholding services include
- Locking and unlocking buildings at specified times, e.g. offices that need to be accessed by employees and visitors during working hours
- Ad-hoc access requests, e.g. to enable contractors to carry out property maintenance works
- Escorted security visits, e.g. to enable property managers and professionals to carry out specific checks or surveys
- Alarm response visits: in the event of a verified alarm activation, VPS keyholders will attend the site to carry out checks and enable first responders to access the property as required
Property Inspections
Regular inspections of unoccupied properties are necessary to remain compliant with today’s insurance requirements and to ensure that security measures are effective. VPS property inspections can vary from basic to fully comprehensive, external and internal and include specialist requirements such as meter readings, utility checks and shared spaces.
